Meet Rick Reese

After being born & raised in Tarrant County, Rick decided to follow in his Father's footsteps and become an entrepreneur. Rick began his entrepreneurial & customer service journey when he opened up a flooring store where he served both residential and commercial clients. Rick decided to further challenge himself and took his entrepreneurial spirit to the world a beauty. Rick was the founder and president of Ultra Cuts Family Hair Salons as well as the hair salon franchise Smart Looks. After selling his salons, Rick began building a new skill set in the construction industry. Rick began by serving as an insurance adjuster during Hurricane Harvey in both Houston, Texas and Florida. It was here where Rick decided that he loved the roofing industry and made it his personal goal to help as many people as he could by being the best at helping clients navigate insurance claims. Through the above experiences, Rick brings an extensive knowledge of business tactics and the ability to negotiate on behalf of clients to make sure they get what is due them.
